  • Our candles are made with no nasties ever. We pour each one using a 100% pure coconut–soy wax blend (completely paraffin-free), vegan-friendly fragrance oils that are free from parabens and phthalates, and lead-free cotton wicks for a clean burning.

  • Yes. We're an Australian family-owned business. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced locally, and every home fragrance product is handcrafted in Melbourne.

  • Orders are aimed to be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For custom orders, allow 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our facility!
    If you are in hurry and need your order asap contact us.

  • We offer a flat rate $9.99 shipping fee for all orders within Australia under $100. Shipping is free on all orders over $100 within Australia.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100. The discount is applied automatically to your eligible order in the cart.

  • We offer international shipping, depending on your location. Please contact us with your order details and shipping address, and we'll provide you with the best shipping rate available.

  • Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. Please note we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during transit if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to hello@qalastudio.com.au within 48 hours of arrival.

    We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.
